What we promise

AI Spend Guardian polls your AI provider usage and (on paid tiers) enforces a hard cap via proxy. We aim for >99% uptime but don't guarantee it.

What you promise

• You won't use the proxy to violate Anthropic / OpenAI terms.
• You won't share your sg_token publicly.
• You'll use your own API keys (we don't supply them).

Cancellation

Cancel any time from your dashboard. Subscription ends at next billing cycle. Pro-rated refunds at our discretion.

Insurance refund (Insured tier only)

If our proxy fails to enforce your cap due to a bug on our end and you incur a verifiable bill spike, we refund up to $200 per incident. Claim within 30 days. Audit log required as proof.

Liability cap

Our liability is capped at the lesser of: (a) what you paid us in the last 12 months, or (b) $200 per incident on Insured tier. We're not liable for AI provider bills outside this scope.

Termination

We can suspend accounts that abuse the proxy or violate these terms. We'll email you first when possible.

Governing law

Disputes governed by the laws of [your jurisdiction].
